CEO Serve Trip: Building More Than a Home

Published on: May 11, 2026

When young people choose to serve, something powerful happens.

Guests from the Muskoka Woods CEO Leadership Program recently travelled to the Dominican Republic with LiveDifferent, serving alongside their March Public Trip team. Together, they helped build a safe home for Alexander, Yesenia, and their baby.

What began as a construction project became much more. A home brings dignity, stability, and hope. For the family, it marks a new beginning. For the CEOs, it was a chance to work hard, step outside themselves, and see how service can make a lasting impact.

At Muskoka Woods, we exist to inspire youth to shape their world. This trip gave our CEOs a real opportunity to live that out through leadership, compassion, and action.

Watch the video to see the people, purpose, and moments behind this meaningful experience.
